Mission
Our mission is to empower educators and institutions to sow the seeds of equity and cultivate inclusive environments in early childhood education. Through our robust education program, partnerships with community change-makers, and dynamic story-time initiative, we are devoted to fostering a meaningful and sustainable sense of belonging for gender-expansive children and LGBTQ families from all backgrounds and championing an affirming educational landscape for all.
Vision
Equity in the field of early childhood requires both a deep investment in the experiences of children and their families and in our educators’ networks of support and their overall well-being. Are we wanted, valued, and cared for? Are we celebrated for who we are and what we bring to our community? Are we empowered as active members of a community that we cultivate together?
We believe that teachers and families alike are deeply invested in these questions while navigating the environment of early childhood education.
